Located on 12 acres, on the garden islands beautiful North Shore, Kauai Fungi's Mycologist and owner Philly White runs his mushroom farm with joy and precision.

As the only commercial mushroom farm on the island and one of the only two in the entire state of Hawaii, we are striving to meet the needs of local consumers with our organic fresh mushrooms, while we continue to expand our on-line catalog.

As our company grows we will continue to focus on the "slow food movement", with our commitment to organic farming, permaculture and sustainability.
